What this SellerEngine guide covers

PricePricer shows what you can charge without losing your intended margin. It compares Amazon's live offer with a cost-aware proposal before any update. A price change can ignore FBA fees, referral fees, VAT and operating reserves. That can win sales while margin disappears.

Configuration sets the marketplace, currency, schedule, operation type and rounding rule. These inputs define where and when the proposal can be used. Profit targets define the return expected from list, promotion and overstock pricing. Reserves keep ACoS, returns and storage from consuming that target after the sale.

Calculate Prices rebuilds proposals from Product Master costs and current Amazon fees. It does not write to Amazon. The LIVE columns are the Amazon-confirmed list and sale prices. They are marketplace facts, not recommendations, and form the comparison baseline.

The calculated columns show the proposed list price and promotion price. Each proposal includes its minimum, profit percentage and expected profit per unit. Margin relates profit to product cost, while profit shows the amount per unit. Check both, because changing costs or fees can make a price miss its target.

Promotion prices have a separate margin target and date window. This keeps temporary sales within their own assumptions and intended period. The LOSS filter isolates products whose current Amazon offer is below the real cost threshold. It tells you where to reprice immediately or verify an incorrect product cost.

Apply to Amazon begins with a review, not a blind upload. Confirm marketplace, SKUs, dates, reserves, brands, exclusions and warnings. Check Prices performs a dry-run in a connected workspace. Amazon reviews the payload without changing the store, so errors can be resolved before an update.

After review and a successful check, confirm the warning and use Update Prices Now. The demo blocks live writes, so this tutorial stops before sending. The workflow is simple: configure, compare, protect margin, isolate loss, validate and update. Start your free trial at SellerEngine.app.
