What this SellerEngine guide covers

Stock Control turns inventory into a daily action queue. It identifies what to order, investigate, or release. Stock on hand alone is not enough. Reliable decisions combine demand, inbound, reserves, damage, lead time and stockout risk.

The Dashboard converts those signals into today's decisions. Open urgent orders, run FBA checks, review deadstock, and locate tied-up capital. Inventory is the operational master table. Filter by market, brand, status or priority, then compare stock components, demand, coverage, lead time and suggested order.

Coverage estimates how many selling days current stock can support. Compare it with lead time to see whether replenishment can arrive before stockout. P1 means coverage is below lead time, so order immediately. P2 means coverage is below two lead-time cycles; prepare replenishment before it becomes urgent.

Deadstock separates severe inactivity or excessive coverage from products that still rotate. Stop replenishing, liquidate, or promote it to release capital. Missing FBA Units compares inventory adjustments with Amazon reimbursements. Only unreimbursed ledger losses become potential claim candidates.

FBA Inbound compares units sent with units Amazon received on closed shipments. Only post-closure gaps are treated as discrepancies. Tracking keeps each shipment's carrier, FBA reference, event, ETA and note together. Delivery can trigger a completion email.

Orders groups urgent recommendations by supplier, with velocity, stock, inbound, coverage and lead time on each line. P1 is the first list to action. P2 converts early coverage risk into planned replenishment. It protects availability without emergency transport.

Analytics reveals risk beyond individual SKUs. Compare rotation, coverage, regional priorities and stock by brand. Finance connects inventory decisions to capital allocation. Using Product Master cost, it prioritizes excess inventory by financial impact.

Finish with the aggregated supplier view. One maximum quantity per SKU prevents duplicates and creates the purchase list. Start your free trial at SellerEngine.app.
